Manjarrez Bob and Kieu , visit Da Lat at Novatel Hotel - 16 Nov, 2004. rate: We very much enjoyed our honeymoon stay here. Staff and room great. private tours of the city a real plus. No airconditioning but ask for a fan in your room is all we needed. We hope to stay again longer next time.

Gloria & Sam , visit Hanoi at Hoa Linh Hotel - 3 Nov, 2004. rate: This is a great hotel - highly recommended. Our very clean room was great with TV, Fridge and Bathroom. The free internet was a good bonus! The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any enquiries and let us keep our luggage at the hotel while we travelled around. The location is excellent - you can walk to all the sites, there is bank right next door and plenty to eat everywhere. We will stay here again next time we are in Hanoi. Thank you for a great stay! Carole Wells, visit Hanoi at Hoa Linh Hotel rate: I stayed at the Hoa Linh in Hanoi in 2002 by myself for one week and I stayed there also in 2004 for several nights with two friends. I have no complaints about the hotel accommodations or the service. I thought it was of great value both times. I especially want to commend Hup, the young receptionist who commands both French and English flawlessly. She is so courteous, kind and helpful. I thought other staff were always eager to help with baggage and other services. I enjoy having both A/C and a fan because I often prefer the fan but enjoy the A/C in very hot moments. The location of the hotel is wonderful and I highly recommend it to others for value, service and location. Carole Wells
